Expeditor

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Expeditor to support the supply chain operations in Aberdeen. The role is responsible for monitoring and progressing orders to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time, in line with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite purchase orders with suppliers to meet agreed delivery schedules
• Track order progress, documentation, and logistics milestones
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delays
• Maintain accurate expediting reports and status updates
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and client requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Expeditor or supply chain role (oil & gas experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
